Bolovo Games (https://bolovogames.com) is run by Bolovo Games Loja de Jogos e Cards Colecionáveis LTDA, CNPJ 48.885.272/0001-42. We sell TCG singles and promos — One Piece, Magic, Lorcana, Dragon Ball, and similar games.

By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please don't use the store.

We follow Brazilian consumer law (CDC) and, where it applies, U.S. rules. Nothing here takes away rights you already have by law.

Prices are in USD. What you see at checkout is what we charge — subtotal, shipping, fees (if any), and total. Import taxes or customs fees in your country are on you unless we say otherwise.

Listings show the condition, set, and photos we have at the time of sale. Singles are graded in good faith; unopened factory products may vary slightly by print run. If something sells out or we made a clear mistake on a listing, we'll cancel and refund.

You need to be 18 or older (or have a parent/guardian handle the purchase). Keep your contact and shipping info accurate — wrong addresses can mean delays or extra shipping costs.

When you place an order, that's your offer to buy. The sale is confirmed when we accept payment — by card through Stripe, or by Wisetransfer once we see the money cleared. We'll email your confirmation to the address you give us.

For Wise, use the reference shown at checkout. Until we confirm payment, the order stays on hold.

Payment questions or disputes? Write us first at [email protected] before opening a chargeback — we'd rather sort it out directly.

At checkout you can choose how to get your order:

• Shipping — domestic U.S. or international, with tracking when available. Delivery times are estimates, not promises. Free shipping applies to carrier rates when your merchandise subtotal is $1,000 USD or more (optional carrier insurance is still charged if you select it).
• Florida pickup — collect by appointment at our U.S. pickup point.
• Event pickup — free pickup at select tournaments and events when offered at checkout.

Pickup orders — price lock & final sale: if you choose pickup (Florida or event), TCG market prices may rise or fall after you complete your order. We will not cancel your order in either case — whether prices go up or down. Sales are final at the total you paid when the order was confirmed. The market may move, but we honor your order at that locked-in price.

Once the carrier has your package, risk of loss usually passes to you — except where local law says different.

Factory-unopened products — no returns, ever: display boxes, packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, and any other factory-unopened merchandise are final sale. We do notaccept returns, exchanges, or refunds on factory-unopened products under any circumstances — whether unopened or opened, for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or any other reason. This applies to all customers, including in Brazil. By purchasing factory-unopened products, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Brazil (online purchases — singles only): for eligible single-card items, you have 7 days after receiving the item to change your mind, as per CDC. Email [email protected] with your order number. We refund what you paid, including standard shipping when the law requires it. Factory-unopened products are excluded.

Everyone else — singles:singles and opened items are final sale unless we sent the wrong item, it wasn't as described, or authenticity is in question.

Return shipping is normally on the customer unless the mistake was ours.

Don't use the site for fraud, fake orders, scraping, or trying to break into admin areas. We can suspend accounts that abuse the store or promotions.

Pokémon, Magic, One Piece, and other game names belong to their owners. We're fans and resellers — not affiliated with those companies unless we say so.

Cards are collectibles sold as described. We're not liable for market price changes after you buy. Our liability for any order is capped at what you paid for that order, except where the law won't allow that limit.

Brazilian customers can also reach out to PROCONin their city or state. We're a registered business — CNPJ 48.885.272/0001-42 — and that info is on the site and in your order emails.

For U.S. customers, Florida law generally applies to disputes, unless your state gives you stronger protections. Try emailing us first and give us a fair chance to fix the issue before going to court.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.
