We collect only what we need to run the store — account info, orders, shipping addresses, and payment status. We don't sell your data and we don't run ad tracking on this site.

Bolovo Games Loja de Jogos e Cards Colecionáveis LTDA (CNPJ 48.885.272/0001-42), trading as Bolovo Games, follows Brazil's LGPD and other privacy rules that apply to our customers. This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service.

Third-party checkout pages (Stripe, Google login, etc.) have their own policies — we don't control those.

Depending on how you use the site, that can include:

• Name, email, and password (stored hashed) for your account
• Shipping address and order details
• Payment method choice and confirmation status — not full card numbers
• Login via Google, Apple, or X, if you choose that option
• Basic technical info: IP, browser, pages visited, security logs
• Messages you send to our support email

Pretty straightforward:

• Process orders, payments, shipping, and pickups
• Keep your account working
• Send order confirmations and payment updates

• Stripe — card payments
• Wise — bank transfers
• Turso — database
• Google / Apple / X — only if you log in with them

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security terms. We may also share info if the law requires it.

We're based in Brazil but use U.S. and global infrastructure — your data may cross borders. We use standard safeguards for international transfers.

Account data stays while your account is active, plus a bit longer for backups and legal needs. Order records we keep for several years for tax and consumer rules. Security logs, usually up to a year.

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, secure sessions, and other normal protections. No system is perfect — if you think your account was compromised, email us right away.

The site uses essential cookies for login, checkout, and security. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

Under LGPD (Brazil), you can ask to see, fix, delete, or export your data, and withdraw consent where that applies. California and other U.S. states may give you similar rights — access, delete, correct.
